If you have ever been frustrated not knowing what you could do to set things morally and Biblically right in your local community you are not alone. While too many pastors and theologians talk of the problems facing our nation and our societal order not many have real concrete  answers. Preaching on tactics and logistical solutions are a thing of the past. Applied theology has been replaced by “Rapture Fever” and any concerns about fixing the ills of the culture seem to be too overwhelming to seriously consider. It’s as though all we hear from the modern pulpit are the whining and the lamentations of those that are suppose to lead the army of God to certain cultural victory for the Dominion Crown Rights of Christ. What makes matters worse is that this same dismal outlook has infected those in the pew as well to the point of spiritual stagnation. Have you ever said to yourself, “Just tell me what to do, and I will do it!”? If that is your frustration then the Gideon Project is worth looking into.
Consider the Gideon Project’s goal and call to action.

“To create a grand, bottom up, transformation-metamorphosis in spiritual thinking in your locale… to encourage the majority to renounce the religion of humanism and replace it with Christ.”
While this message is easy to understand, it will take time and effort to undertake and to bring about its successful end. What most people need is simply a detailed plan of action. This means that in order to bring about a grassroots change in your local community a step by step systematic strategy is essential. The Gideon Project accomplishes just that.

Jg 7:7 And the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand…

Part of the Gideon strategy is building teams – or at least initially a team of two. It was never God’s plan to bring about reformation and Christian reconstruction by the might of many. It only takes a committed minority who are willing to serve and sacrifice for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. But it will take work. Those that are willing to work God will bless.

The Gideon project is geared for those who have a working knowledge and understanding of Scripture and hold to a solid Biblical world view. If a person has this wisdom then he or she can begin applying the Gideon template of local reform to their community immediately.

However, there are those that are still in need of refining their apologetical and worldview skills. That is where Geneva can be beneficial since it is the training ground for Christian Reconstruction and applied theology.

The Gideon Project USA and New Geneva’s School of Ambassadors can make a powerful impact on the culture. The time is now. Please consider being a part of these Christian grassroots movements so that one day the knowledge of the Lord will cover the earth as the waters the sea.
